Abstract

The purpose of this study is: (1) To find out the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Plowback Ratio (PR), Interest Rate and Tax Rate on Capital Growth Itself (PMS) East Kalimantan Regional Development Bank partially.(2) To find out the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Plowback Ratio (PR), Interest Rate and Tax Rate on Capital Growth Itself (PMS) of East Kalimantan Regional Development Bank simultaneously.(3) To find out the factors or variables that most predominantly affect the Growth of Capital Itself (PMS) of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Bank.Data is analyzed bygresing independent and dependent variables using SPSS statistic software version 15.0.Independent variables consist of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Plowback Ratio (PR), Interest Rate and Tax Rate, while the Dependent variable is Capital Growth Itself (PMS).The results showed that partially ROA, DER, Interest Rate and Tax Rate had a significant effect, while PR did not have a significant effect on Capital Growth Itself (PMS).Simultaneously, all variables (ROA, DER, PR, Interest Rate and Tax Rate) have a significant effect on PMS. Variable Tax Rate as the most dominant variable affects the PMS of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Bank.
